Bengali is the world most rhythmic language, there is no doubt. But let me say one thing, not all Bengali are rhythmic.
I vividly remember the day I fell in love with Bengali accent. It was the day after I downloaded and watched Apu Trilogy which were rescued and restored by the Criterion Collection as 4K in 2015. In 1993 the original negatives of the Apu Trilogy were got burned.
The translations of the Bengali books by Chintha Lakshmi Sinhaarachchi also greatly impact on my love for Bengali. I heard that she directly translated them from the Bengali books, not from the English.
So there after I tried to download other Bangla films which were mentioned in YTS. And then there was a one film that I got, and it had a totally different accent. From that day onwards I learnt that there are so many Bengali dialects, and my love is only for the Kolkata dialect or in other words the West Bengal, India. It is known as Rarhi Dialect. So, what I had watched was a Bangladeshi film, not an Indian film.
